 Maori Hill School PTA welcomes new families to our school.

The aim of our PTA is to operate as a team and work in unity with the Board, the Principal and Staff to provide our children with the highest quality of education. We achieve this by:

• Fundraising
• Supporting School projects such as the Library, working bees, filing reading books etc
• Welcoming New Families to the school
• Applying for Grants
• Organizing rosters
• Being open to new ideas
• Building relationships within the School and the Community
• Being involved in our children's education
• Providing the Board, the Staff and the School Community with regular updates on our activities
• Networking and sharing with other PTA's
• Affiliating to the NZPTA

To accomplish this, we try to include as many of our families as we can, with respect to their time commitments and the skills that they wish to share with us.  We welcome all new ideas that you may bring and we are always looking for new members. There are a number of different ways in which to help:

1.     By becoming a member of the PTA

2.     By becoming a friend of the PTA, where you may not wish to be on the PTA however you are 

        willingly to lend a hand..

3.     By volunteering in an area which is already up and running.
